The whole purpose behind vulnerability testing is to identify security risks that expose you to hackers. The results from the testing will provide your 'IT' provider and compliance teams with a clear direction to proactively remediate these risks, before hackers impact your business.
All testing should include follow-up and evaluation tasks so that the vulnerabilities found in the latest test are note reported and corrected.
It's critical that regulatory assessments be re-run on a monthly basis to ensure that risks are indeed being rectified and to expose new vulnerabilities.
On average, monthly vulnerability assessments costs can range between $500 - $3,000 depending on the number of IP's, servers, or devices scanned.
We do offer individual Vulnerability, Network and Penetration testing for audit, separate from our monthly service. Just ask us about it.
